Know where each result comes from

  • Overview uses confirmed winners, game boundaries, and the serve rotation.
  • Serve, Mistakes, and Placement use the answers you chose while scoring.
  • Where the ball landed uses tracking created from the video. Serve placement shows where each serve landed and groups those landings into a heat map.
  • A coach can read the player's score, analysis, and maps but cannot change them.

Generate or retry placement

Placement is prepared after the initial match processing when it was selected during upload. If it was not selected, request it from Tools while the original video is still available.

A processing state means PongLens is still preparing the maps. Retry starts another attempt after a failed result. Unavailable means the original or a usable camera view is not available for a new attempt.

Good to know Placement is still in beta. Mark a result that looks wrong so it stops counting in the map.

Try it on your next match.

Free during beta: 250 processing minutes and 25 GB of storage.
