Quick steps

1. 1Open a match and choose Full video.
2. 2Tap or click the video to pause, then use the timeline or point grid to move through the match.
3. 3Use the left and right controls to move one point at a time.
4. 4Open Original when you want to watch the upload exactly as you sent it.

Faster ways to review

• Double-tap the right side to go to the next point and the left side to go back.
• Double-tap the middle to replay the point you are on.
• Hold the right side for double speed and the left side for quarter speed.
• Pinch to zoom, then drag to move around the frame.

Review without closing the player

• Open the point grid to jump directly to another rally.
• Star the current point, share it, or leave a note from the player.
• Choose Original if the cut left out footage or you want to see the breaks between rallies.

Processing

1. 1Open Processing in the match's Tools. Choose Request reprocessing or Request minutes back when they apply to this match; otherwise describe the problem and send it.
2. 2Describe any missing rallies or incorrect cuts, then send. This is a private review. Ideas and bugs go to the Feedback row directly below, which opens the public board.
3. 3The minute request shows the exact amount that can be returned for this match. Sending it does not return minutes immediately; you will be notified after review.

Your current match stays available while a new version is prepared and reviewed. If a replacement is published, the previous version and its scores, notes, tags, shares, and coach feedback remain recoverable. They are not copied onto different rallies.
